Shipping policy

We currently only ship to customers in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

The product(s) will be sent by PostPac Priority and registered mail.

The shipping costs are usually a flat rate of CHF 12. The binding conditions are automatically calculated and displayed during the ordering process.

We ship within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment on our account.

PostPac Priority deliveries are normally delivered to you within 1-2 working days after dispatch - on special days or during the pre-Christmas/Christmas period there may be delays at the post office. For security reasons, registered parcels must be signed for by the recipient (or you can confirm via the Post App that the parcel may be left with you without a signature at your own risk).
